Shipping, Exchange, and Return Policy

Shipping

Shipping cost is 39 NIS, delivered within 7 business days

Free self-pickup by prior arrangement with customer service at 052-283-0007

Pre-order

Items marked as pre-order will be shipped by the estimated date shown in the product description
If an order includes both a pre-order item and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped by the pre-order estimated date unless otherwise agreed with customer service

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase
Exchanges are possible for any product on the site, excluding sale items, underwear, lingerie, and products with embroidery or personalization
Exchanges are handled through customer service and include a shipping fee of 39 NIS
Independent exchanges can be made at no cost at the studio at 22 Kehilat Yasi St., Tel Aviv, by prior arrangement with customer service
Exchanges will not be permitted for products that have been used, damaged, are missing packaging or tags, or were custom-made

Returns

Returns can be made within 48 hours of receiving the package
Returns involve a shipping fee of 39 NIS and a handling fee of 5% of the purchase total
Products can be returned independently to the studio at no shipping cost by prior arrangement
Sale items, items that have been used or damaged, items returned without their original packaging or tags, and products that were custom-made or altered cannot be returned

Defective Product

If a defective product is received, you must document the defect with a photo and contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package
We will arrange for an exchange of the product or provide a full refund
