Loyalty Club Policy – Sleeping Club
To ensure a fair, personal, and pleasant experience for every club member, it is important to understand the following conditions for redeeming benefits:

No double promotions and benefits – multiple benefits or coupons cannot be applied to the same purchase.

The purchase value must exceed the value of the benefit – for example, to redeem a Silver benefit (50 NIS), you must make a purchase exceeding 50 NIS.

Benefits are personal and non-transferable – they are intended for personal use only and are linked to the customer's account.

Each benefit is one-time use – each benefit may be redeemed only once during the specified validity period.

Unless otherwise stated, the validity of benefits is 30 days from the date of receipt.
